We provide services for Mazowiecki
District Gas Company [Mazowiecki Okręgowy Zakład Gazownictwa]
within
the scope of overhauls and repairs of Halberstadt gas compressors in
the "Podlasie" Gas Pumping Facility in Hołowczyce and the
Rembelszczyzna Gas Pumping Facility. |

We have modernised Halberstadt gas
compressors by, among other things, replacing piston rods and boring
pistons. We also manufacture divided-sleeve bearings for such
equipment. |
 |
We have developed and implemented a
new method of mounting and securing pipelines and such equipment as
valves, antifluctuation bottles and gas filters against vibration. The
method has been unified. |
 |
By combining our foundation technology
and the technology of mounting pipelines, we have created a system of
equipment and installation protection that reduced to the minimum or
fully eliminated vibration destructive to the machine system and old
foundations. |
 |
We produce cylinder sleeves for GMVH
compressors and mount them on-site. Disassemblies of old sleeves and
assemblies of new replacements are performed by our Maintenance
Department. |
 |
After a year of research and
development, we have come up with and commissioned a process of
removing sediments from water jackets of turbochargers. Without our
treatment, sediments eventually render this expensive equipment
completely inoperational. |
