Ekspertyz "TECHMARIN" Sp. z o.o. has been in continuous operation since 1988.
During its startup years, the Company focused on providing marine power plant
and on-board equipment overhaul services and on specialised repairs with the use
of chemically cured epoxies.
Since 1991, we have been transferring technologies tested in
the shipbuilding industry to such other sectors of the economy as the sugar industry, the power
industry and gas engineering. In 1992, the Company expanded its range of
services by the addition of specialised repairs of machine foundations and
land-based equipment. Our solutions are highly valued by ABB Zamech, electric
power plants and gas pumping facilities.
We have worked for gas pumping facilities since 1992 where we
have replaced gas compressor foundations and mounted uniform supports and handles on pipes,
pipelines and other equipment. We regularly overhaul and repair gas compressors
at Mazowiecki Okręgowy Zakład Gazownictwa (Mazowiecki District Gas
Company). In addition, we have designed and currently manufacture divided-sleeve bearings for
crankcases in Halberstadt gas compressors and cylinder sleeves for GMVH gas
compressors.
After a year of research and development, we have commissioned
a process of removing sediments from turbocharger water jackets. Without our treatment,
sediments eventually render this expensive equipment completely inoperational.
Most of the solutions we use are protected by our patents.
We are currently expanding our range of services to
accommodate other industries where a number of technological problems have persisted for years. Please note
also that our company specialises in overhaul and repair services.
